The Lower Dan Tian is the foundation energy center, key for immunity, stamina and vitality; key for long life.
We start with the 4 power techniques(R).
Body Power: Body Power means to use the hands and body position for healing and rejuvenation.
Put your hands below your navel.
Soul Power: Soul Power is to say hello.
Close your eyes and put your mind inside your lower abdomen.
Repeat these words:
Dear Dao.
Dear Divine.
Dear all kinds of spiritual fathers and mothers.
Dear Heaven and Earth.
Dear countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes.
I love you all.
Please send your energy, your matter, your message to my lower abdomen to form a golden light ball
in my Lower Dan Tian area.
I am extremely grateful.
(This is the way we connect with the spiritual world, with Heaven, Earth, God, Tao.)
Mind Power: Mind power is to visualize.
What are we going to visualize? We are going to visualize a light ball from Heaven, Earth, Tao, all sorts of spiritual fathers and mothers, countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes. The light will focus inside your abdomen to form a golden light ball that called a Jin Dan. Jin Dan means gold light ball.
Sound Power: Sound power means to chant.
We will chant a Tao mantra, Hong Ya You Tao
Close your eyes and repeat this mantra 20 times, and even more times if possible.
Hong Ya You Tao
Hong Ya You Tao
Hong Ya You Tao
Hong Ya You Tao
Hong Ya You Tao
To close at the end of this practice we say:
Love you, love you, love you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Gong Song, Gong Song, Gong Song.
Vrooommmmmmmm!
